Have tried several brands of products for incontinent bed-bound patient. Combining these pads with a particular style/brand disposable brief gives the best protection against wetness/soiling on patient's skin. The pad is very absorbent, very soft and non-irritating, and sticks really well to the inside of the brief, unlike other pads we've tried. Would give this a 6-star rating!
