I want to extend an amazed and grateful thanks to Casey, who went above and beyond what was required of him to make sure that I received my NUVO machine on a tight schedule and before my flight. Casey not only personally checked on the delivery timing, but also intervened with Fed Ex numerous times to make sure the product arrived in the nick of time - and even before the purchase he double checked with the airline to make sure that I could bring it as luggage. Really, having dealt with very good online companies, I can tell you that his service was far more than I could have ever expected and with a kind-ness which one only expects from family. Thanks Casey!
