Powder boosts protein intake when added to current GA-1 formula by providing 10 g of protein equivalent per 100 g of powder. Fortified with Arginine to selectively inhibit Lysine from entering the brain and is low in Tryptophan to prevent deficiency. Intended for children with proven Glutaric Aciduria Type 1 (GA-1) receiving active, ongoing medical supervision.
