I want to extend an amazed and grateful thanks to CSR, who went above and beyond what was required of him to make sure that I received my NUVO machine on a tight schedule and before my flight. CSR not only personally checked on the delivery timing, but also intervened with Fed Ex numerous times to make sure the product arrived in the nick of time - and even before the purchase he double checked with the airline to make sure that I could bring it as luggage. We had the most excellent service during the purchase of our O2 Concentrator.. The service was so good that during the 2011 Holiday season they were totally out but we were guaranteed that the O2 machine would be shipped straight from the manufacturer.. We got it as soon as the men and women got back from the Christmas holiday.. The order was expedited and arrived by FedEx..
