The CanDo latex-free exercise band PEP pack can be used for a progressive resistance exercise program. Each Pep pack comes with three different 4-foot bands and an illustrated instruction/exercise chart. Each exerciser is packaged in a polybag. Simply remove exercise band from polybag and it is ready to use. CanDo high quality latex resistive exercise band has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning and training since 1987.
