Kangaroo Joey Backpack

After choosing the wrong product, I called to see if we could send it back and get the correct item. I was told that I could send it back but there would be a 15% restocking fee. I made sure that the gentleman understood that it was just the wrong item and I would like a different one, not my money back. Still the same answer. We decided that we would look somewhere else to get the item because that was just poor business practices.
