My mother's new cushion

Your phone rep was outstanding with his customer service to me, he was patient, polite & knowledgeable. He was able to identify & offer a similar product to the one that I was inquiring about but it had been discontinued by its manufacturer. This alternative cushion is actually better that the one that had been discontinued so I am satisfied with your company overall services.
