I have ordered from this company 3 or 4 times and I am satisfied. The problem I have is with the product number. I called Invacare 800 to get the part number. I was told with certainty that it included the top and bottom cover. I then called Cascade. I asked the representative and they said if from Invacare it was correct. I only received the top cover as this product description above describes. I received in a timely matter. The problem is that the product number I read to them from Invacare, I was not given the description of top cover and expected the bottom cover to come as well. The 2 zip together.
