Electric Charger for Invacare Patient Lifts

First let me say that I'm not criticizing Cascade for their price on the charger, since their price was the lowest I've seen. Who I AM criticizing is Invacare for charging so much for it. I mean, a small charger made of thin and flimsy plastic, and it's $175?!? I thought it would feel heavy when I saw the price, and thus be made of heavy-duty materials. It isn't. It's so light I can hold it one hand and barely feel any weight (considering I have Carpal Tunnel, that's saying something). If you have it sitting upright y our have to squat down to try to see if it's charging, since the indicator lights are recessed into covered holes, instead of being flush with the surface. I also can't believe they seriously charge $175 and don't even include the cord??

The products are quality, but the customer service is unbeatable. Mike Saffran was very helpful and professional. Delivery was fast. Someone was always there to help you with any questions. I will not hesitate to order again.
