We ship from warehouses across the country which allows for most orders to ship same day and arrive in an average of 1-2 business days. Orders over $95 ship free every day! Orders under $95 ship in the continental US for a flat rate of $7.95.
Shipping Methods - Continental US
We primarily ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS, but ground freight is occasionally used to ship large items. Expedited delivery for an additional charge is available upon request. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders received before 2 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day except on holidays (subject to stock and availability). Orders placed on holidays will ship the next standard business day.
Most products will arrive within 1 - 2 business days. Because we ship from warehouses across the United States, your order will ship from the closest warehouse that has stock for the items you purchased. If your order included multiple items, they may arrive on different days due to the availability of products at the warehouses we ship from.
Deliveries of Larger Products, Bulk Orders, and Custom Products
Oversize items, larger bulk orders, and custom products will have specially arranged freight deliveries. We will contact you to make arrangements for the delivery. If you need to receive a delivery on or by a certain date, please call our customer service to schedule. If you are not home for the scheduled delivery, the order will be left near your garage or will be redelivered.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email to the address associated with the order with tracking information when your items ship. If you have any additional questions regarding order tracking, please email tracking@cascadehealthcaresolutions.com or call (877) 480-3028 ext. 2.
Understanding Delivery Estimates
Our delivery estimate is our best shipping estimate based on the average order shipping within the continental United States. Although the delivery estimates are accurate for most orders, there are certain factors that can affect the shipping delivery times:
1. The closest warehouse to your location has recently run out of stock, forcing us to ship your order from the next closest warehouse.
2. Larger orders that were just recently placed that would use up current stock.
3. Products being discontinued by the manufacturer and the rest of the stock was just sold.
If your order is unable to ship out on the day you placed it or the following business day, we will be sure to notify you of the situation and your options. If you have an urgent order that need to be received immediately, please give us a call. Our customer service team will do everything possible to make sure we get your order to you within the requested time frame.
Orders Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
All products ship for $7.95, but shipping prices to Alaska and Hawaii may vary with larger quantity orders. Orders over $95 have free shipping. Most products will arrive in Alaska and Hawaii within 2 to 10 business days.
APO Orders
After your order is placed, we will contact you with the price for the shipping. The total shipping cost is for each specific order based on the shipping weight and dimension of each order. APO orders are processed same day and first shipped to our store in Seattle, WA. Most products will arrive at our store within 1 to 2 business days. We will then ship your order within 1 business day from our store. From the moment you place your order online, it will take 6-10 business days for you to receive the order, subject to stock and availability.
Orders Shipping to Canada
We are located in Seattle, WA which gives us quick and easy access to Canada. For most Canadian orders, we will need to ship directly from our storefront in Seattle instead of from our warehouses. By shipping from our storefront, we can inform the shipping company that we are shipping "Medical Supplies", which are usually duty-free. With that said, the customs officer, who determines which medical supplies are duty-free and not duty-free, has full authority to charge you, the buyer for duty (tax).
For orders under $700, we will need to contact you to give you an accurate shipping quote. For orders over $700, we will apply our set shipping rate. This set shipping rate will be applied in your shopping cart during checkout. We may need to contact you depending on what was ordered, based on the shipping weight and dimensions of the order. We do our best to label all boxes and customs forms with the text "Medical Supplies". It is your decision to purchase these medical supplies in the USA and have them shipped to Canada.
Most products will arrive at our store within 1 to 2 business days. We will then ship your order within 1 business day from our store. From the moment you place your order online, it will take 6 to 10 business days for you to receive the order, subject to stock, availability and customs. We will do our absolute best to get your order to you in a timely manner, but customs can hold your order at the border and choose to charge you duty. This is obviously beyond our control.
Orders Shipping Internationally
For international orders, we will need to ship directly from our storefront in Seattle instead of from our warehouses. By shipping from our storefront, we can inform the shipping company that we are shipping "Medical Supplies", which are usually duty-free.
