Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days* of receiving the product. To begin the return process, contact us at or (877) 480-3028 ext. 4 for a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for sending your product back. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.

All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization number. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All Return Authorization numbers must appear on the shipping label(s) we provide. Please do not mark on the outside of the box. 

All items must be returned with original packaging including all warranty cards, manuals, accessories, components, etc. We encourage customers to use a trackable shipping method when returning their products.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Defective Items
All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty against defects. Certain manufacturers require you to contact them directly to repair or replace your products under their warranty, so please contact us first at or (877) 480-3028 ext. 4 to inquire about your specific product if it is within 30 days of your order date. If it has been over 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly to repair or replace your product.

Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item is received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped or credit issued.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items, if used, are non-returnable due to hygiene issues: bath safety products, PVC medical equipment, beds, mattresses, patient lifts, motorized wheelchairs, wheelchair cushions, incontinence products, recliner chairs, lift chairs, and some medical supplies. 

For these products, no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time due to manufacturer's return policies. Please call (877) 480-3028 ext. 4 with questions about returns and manufacturer warranties.

Restocking Fee
Authorized returns may be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee. This fee varies by product and will not be charged if the return is for a defective or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at (877) 480-3028 so we can make every effort to cancel it before it ships. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If your order has shipped prior to the cancellation request, it will be treated as a return and is subject to our return policy and restocking fees.

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange a purchased product for a different product, please complete the returns process for your original item and purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

*eWheels motorized scooters can only be returned within 15 days of shipment.
