CAIRE, Inc.'s HELiOS Marathon Portable Oxygen Unit gives oxygen therapy patients unprecedented freedom: It lasts up to 22 hours between refills yet weighs only 5.6 pounds fully filled! The HELiOS Marathon portable unit lets patients be out all day. Whether they want to visit friends and family, shop, fish or golf-patients can have long lasting freedom without needing to refill their portable or bring along extra oxygen cylinders.

Unit I received was not as advertized.  Unit is clearly advertized on the web page as being manufactured by Sequal, I even called to confirm this.

The unit I received was manufactured by Carie, not Sequal

    Helios H850 November 17, 2015
    Reviewer: Anonymous Person from 92591
The Helios H850 I purchased was manufactured by Caire.  The Helios H850, I also use & lease from Apria was manufactured by Puritan Bennett. The Puritan Bennett is a superior product.  It was so different, I thought the unit I purchased was defective. A Caire technician stated that the product had been redesigned.  I feel mislead & am stuck with an inferior product.  The Caire unit takes almost twice as long to fill, 6-7 minutes.  Once filled, the oxygen evaporates much more quickly than with the Puritan Bennett.  I can fill the Puritan Bennett and 24 hours later the unit is still half full.  The Caire unit is almost empty after 24 hours of non-use.  At 3LPM continuous flow, the Puritan Bennett provides a solid 3.5 hours of use.  The Caire unit barely breaks 3 hours.  The unit has dripped liquid oxygen as it has been disengaged from the fill unit. Just be aware that if you have used a Puritan Bennett Helios 850 previously, the Caire Helios 850 does not compare.
