Substituted item without diverter or wall mount

As the title says, I did not get the item I ordered. I ordered item FGB21586, $35.13, which is a handheld shower spray. What I received was item 104-RTL12045, which lacked the diverter and wall mount. I researched the received item and found 6 sources that could provide the item. The high cost from these sources was $21.95 and the low was $12.95; these averaged out to $16.87. This comes out to a profit of $18.26 over what I paid for. When I contacted Cascade Healthcare Solutions I received another copy of the shipment email. Extremely poor customer support and questionable ethics.
