We have happily had a Lumex transfer bench for a number of years, but recently we discovered one of the legs of that bench had deteriorated, and when my wife slipped in the shower it cut her deeply and she had to be rushed to the hospital. But we like the bench, and ordered a new one to replace the old one. We'll just keep a closer watch to be sure that, if this one deteriorates over time, we replace it before an accident occurs.
